Your tasks

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Mastermind Event Logistics: Oversee complex Catering Logistics Planning and On-Site Logistics to ensure seamless execution of large-scale events.
• Culinary Innovation: Lead Menu Development initiatives that push the boundaries of flavor while maintaining strict QSCH Quality standards.
• Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of Budget Management, optimizing resources without compromising on the luxury experience.
• Operational Excellence: Direct Banquet Operations and Equipment Sourcing, managing vendor relationships to secure the best tools for the job.
• Brand Advocacy: Collaborate on Advertising Campaigns to elevate our catering services within the competitive Cairo market.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of proven success in the hospitality or food services industry, specifically within a Manager level capacity.
• Strategic Skillset: Expert-level proficiency in Event Planning, Budget Management, and Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.
• Logistical Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of Catering Logistics Planning, Banquet Operations, and Equipment Sourcing.
• Quality Standards: A dedicated commitment to QSCH Quality and Hospitality excellence.
• Marketing Awareness: Ability to support Advertising Campaigns and drive brand awareness for event services.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to work On-site in Cairo, Egypt.
