Job Overview

Anaqua is looking for several Client Data Manager roles within our subsidiary ANAQUA Services. As a Client Data Manager, you will participate in the smooth running of the management and renewal process of our clients' IP (Intellectual Property) titles. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong results culture, a true sense of service, and the ability to manage multiple projects while respecting the deadlines defined with their management. It is also necessary for the candidate to demonstrate rigor, analytical capacity, and excellent communication skills in order to interact with all stakeholders in the company and be able to work both autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams. This role reports to the GDC Team Leader of ANAQUA Services.

We are looking for two (2) candidates for this position:

Both (2) positions are to be filled on a 12-month CDD (fixed-term contract).

This position is for you if you like:

Ensuring the analysis, processing, and monitoring of client instructions relating to the renewal of IP titles.

Receiving and processing requests from external clients.

Incorporating, updating, and correcting client information in our databases.

Guaranteeing the compliance of client instructions with the data incorporated into our database.

Participating in the evolution of the management tools for our IP portfolios.

What you will need to succeed:

Bac + 2 level.

Intermediate English.

Practical experience in data manipulation.

Mastery of EXCEL.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing interaction at all levels of the organization and with our clients.

Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines.

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
