Job Summary
Amstel Securities seeks an experienced sales professional to develop institutional client relationships and distribute Structured Products and AMCs in Singapore and Hong Kong, focusing on Mandarin-speaking clients within an entrepreneurial team.
Responsibilities
- Distribute Structured Products and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) to institutional clients in Singapore and Hong Kong by tailoring investment solutions to meet client objectives
- Expand the Hong Kong client base by leveraging existing networks and establishing new relationships through regular travel and client meetings
- Prepare and present investment proposals and trade ideas by coordinating pricing and structuring with internal teams and external counterparties
- Execute transactions and manage post-trade processes accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor financial markets continuously to identify relevant investment opportunities and contribute to the team’s revenue growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated 3–5 years of experience in Structured Products sales, derivatives, or investment solutions with strong technical product knowledge
- Established institutional client relationships in Hong Kong with a proven track record of business development
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to confidently explain and discuss investment solutions in both languages
- Ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and manage clients independently
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
