Job requirements: What is the role?

• Helps guests in and out by opening and closing doors and takes care of the guests' luggage.
• Escorts arriving guests to the reception and takes care of the luggage until it is brought to the room by a luggage staff member.
• Orders taxis for the guests and/or in consultation with the concierge.
• Delivers mail to the guest's room.
• Handles internal mail, faxes, and telephone calls.
• Keeps the hotel lobby and entrance clean

Your profile:

• Team player

• Knowledge of or passion for luxury and hospitality
• Motivated
• Hands-on mentality
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Good command of the English language
• Driver's license
