• Cleaning all public areas, such as the lobby, Lounge, Brasserie, Amstel Restaurant, toilets, offices, and meeting and event rooms.
• Transporting all linen.
• Ensuring guests are helped quickly, friendly, and professionally.
• Working with safety awareness according to the applicable safety procedures and wearing protective equipment if necessary.
• Working in an organized manner by maintaining supplies and amenities and minimizing waste as much as possible.
• Registering lost property and ensuring it reaches the owner.
• Checking and managing stock and supplies within the housekeeping department, with attention to minimizing waste.
• Reporting, handing in, and registering lost and found items according to established procedures.
• Collaborating with colleagues and communicating with other departments to ensure excellent service and quality.
• Regularly supporting periodic deep cleaning projects.
• Performing other duties assigned within the position.
