Your tasks

• Development of new sensor concepts in an interdisciplinary team
• Integration of photodetectors into silicon process technologies
• Performing electro-optical measurements in the laboratory
• Evaluation and interpretation of measurement results
• Definition of the layout of component test structures and process monitoring structures
• Contributing innovative ideas to the innovation process

Requirements

• Successfully completed Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Physics, Microelectronics, or a comparable field of study
• Initial professional experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally with knowledge of silicon process technology
• Practical experience in the development of process technologies is an advantage
• Structured way of working as well as strong skills in problem-solving and documentation
• Willingness and ability to work in project teams
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
