Your new responsibilities
- Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable customer and regulatory requirements
- Ensure QMS policies procedures, work instructions and quality records are properly controlled, maintained and effectively implemented
- Monitor QMS performance through defined objectives, KPIs, audits and management reviews
- Lead and manage the QMS change management process to ensure changes are systematically assessed, planned, implemented and controlled
- Lead the planning and execution of the internal audit programme
- Coordinate customer, certification and regulatory audits and ensure the organisation is adequately prepared
- Manage audit findings, corrective actions, root cause analysis and effectiveness verification and work closely with process owners to ensure timely and sustainable closure of audit findings
- Oversee the calibration & MSA program for metrology and measurement equipment
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in QMS and Calibration and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in internal, customer and certification audits
- Experience leading or supervising QA technicians and inspectors preferred
- To work with corporate quality team in harmonising the standards
- Quality certification such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 systems
- Strong command of quality tools, 8D problem solving, Calibration & Measurement System Analysis (MSA), risk management and FMEA
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management and leadership skills
