Research and Development Chemist.

1. Assisting in the formulation and testing of new cement products to meet market demands and customer specifications.
2. Conducting laboratory experiments to evaluate the performance, durability, and environmental impact of cement formulations.
3. Performing routine analyses of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods using standard laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
4. Collecting and analyzing experimental data, documenting results, and preparing technical reports for internal review.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, implement process improvements, and ensure product quality and consistency.
6. Assisting in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
7. Staying informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to cement chemistry.
8. Participating in training programs, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
9. Providing support to senior scientists in project planning, execution, and documentation as needed.

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, or a related scientific field

2–4 years of relevant experience in R&D, laboratory testing, quality control, cement, construction materials, or a related manufacturing industry.

Experience in a cement or building materials manufacturing environment is preferred .

A specialization or academic background in inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, materials science.
