Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Contracts Management function within the Supply Chain Department.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from contract preparation and negotiation through execution, amendments, renewals, and close-out.
  • Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies, commercial objectives, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective contract management procedures, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, and renewal dates.
  • Identify and manage contractual risks, deviations, disputes, claims, and potential liabilities.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Projects, and other stakeholders on contractual matters.
  • Manage contract variations, amendments, extensions, and termination processes.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized contract database and contract performance tracking system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
  • +8 years of relevant experience in contracts management, preferably within Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects, Construction, Manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Excellent Arabic writing and drafting skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional contractual and business correspondence.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and supplier contracts and contract lifecycle management.
  • Excellent contract negotiation and commercial skills.
  • Strong understanding of contractual risks, claims, variations, and dispute management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Contract Management systems.
