Industrial Cleaner Supervisor

We are a growing company specializing in professional cleaning and sanitation in the production industry.

👉 About the role: Coordinate and lead the daily cleaning and disinfection operation, working operationally alongside the team

Allocate tasks, follow up employees, and carry out basic quality control of completed work

Perform deep cleaning of production buildings using high-pressure water systems during scheduled night shifts

Apply approved cleaning agents, detergents, and disinfectants following established sanitation protocols

Carry out chemical sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations

Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations.

💰 What we offer:

Hourly Rate: 330 NOK/hour (gross) + bonus supplement

Full-time position

Location: Rogaland area

Start Date: January 2027

✔️ Requirements:

Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity

Comfortable operating high-pressure washing equipment and handling industrial cleaning chemicals.

Physically fit and able to work in demanding production environments.

Comfortable working full-time night shifts.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Valid driving licence required.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.
