AN FP&A ANALYST M/F

Based in Thyez, you will act as a true business partner to operations and the finance department, driving financial analyses for Amphenol Socapex sites in France and India. Acting as a key link between the field and management, you will contribute directly to decision-making support and the group's financial performance, within a rapidly growing international industrial environment.

  • Drive the financial planning process (monthly forecast, annual budget construction, and 3-year strategic plan, centrally with operational teams and industrial controlling).
  • Contribute to group reporting in US GAAP, analyze variances between actuals and forecast/budget, identify root causes, and challenge assumptions for subsequent cycles. Guarantee the reliability and consistency of consolidated data.
  • Prepare presentation materials for monthly performance reviews with General Management and the Group (board decks, monthly reviews).
  • Monitor performance KPIs and alert on variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze margins by activity and derive reliable projections, based on standard cost variance analyses produced by industrial controlling.
  • Identify and challenge profitability improvement levers (product mix, cost reduction, better pricing policy) in direct connection with operations.
  • Design, automate, and ensure the reliability of financial analysis and planning reporting tools (ERP, excel/BI dashboards, forecast models, scenarios).
  • Participate in the harmonization of reporting practices across the different Amphenol Socapex sites.

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in management controlling or finance, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, management controlling, or financial audit, in an industrial environment. You are proficient in professional English and are comfortable with IT tools (knowledge of BI tools is a plus). Experience in an international group is appreciated. We are looking for a person demonstrating team spirit, possessing strong listening and communication skills, with analytical and synthesis capabilities, able to challenge operational assumptions, and capable of working autonomously to meet the challenges of our dynamic environment.
