Your missions Quality and compliance control Perform incoming inspections of external supplies and production controls when necessary. Verify the compliance of raw materials, components, and finished products. Establish control, traceability, and quality monitoring documents. Guarantee product compliance before shipment. Analysis and continuous improvement Analyze control data (measurements, readings, indicators). Analyze customer returns as well as internal non-conformities. Identify deviations and non-conformities. Propose, lead, and monitor corrective and preventive actions with suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Update quality indicators defined by the Quality Manager. Quality process management Participate in the validation of transferred, modified, or newly implemented processes. Compile and complete FAI (First Article Inspection) quality files during project launches. Perform internal audits. Ensure the onboarding and support of new employees in the quality department. Metrology and monitoring Identify, isolate, and treat non-compliant monitoring and measurement equipment. Isolate and treat productions or deliveries impacted by non-compliant measurement tools. Ensure compliance with QHSE procedures, operating modes, and instructions.

You have the necessary authority to:

Stop a production, a product, equipment, or a process presenting a risk of non-compliance, safety, or environmental impact. Suspend the use of doubtful raw materials. Take out of service any non-compliant control or measurement equipment. Demand the implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Profile sought Training and experience Minimum Bac +2 in the quality or industrial field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment. Technical skills Mastery of IT tools. Knowledge of measurement and metrology devices. Mastery of quality tools (5 Why, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.). Knowledge of an ERP. Minimum B1 English level. Personal qualities Analytical spirit and sense of continuous improvement. Proactive. Rigor, organization, and autonomy.
