SMT Engineer

Main Responsibilities

• Control and supervise the production process in the SMT line: including Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machine, and Reflow Oven.
• Programming & Optimization: Create and optimize programs for SMT machines to ensure maximum production efficiency (highest Yield and lowest Cycle Time).
• Troubleshooting: Identify the causes of defects from the SMT process, such as Tombstone, Solder Ball, Bridging, or Missing Components, and determine Corrective & Preventive Actions.
• Feeder & Nozzle Management: Supervise, maintain, and inspect the readiness of equipment in the production line.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve work quality (KPIs such as DPMO, OEE).

Qualifications: Gender: Male-Female Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related fields) Work experience in an SMT line of at least 1–3 years (for Engineer level) or 5 years and above (for Senior/Leader level) Good English communication skills (TOEIC Score 550 or above provides a certificate allowance of 3,000 Baht/month) Able to drive a car and possesses a driver's license
