Senior Accountant

Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join our client based in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

In this exciting opportunity, you'll join a rapidly expanding accounting practice supporting their growing client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to join a family-focused, friendly team, free of big personalities with committed and honest staff.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accounts and tax returns for client portfolio.
• Lead and mentor developing accountancy team.
• Check and review works produced by wider team.
• Provide ongoing professional advice to clients on accounting and taxation works.
• Organise and conduct regular service visits with clients.
• Manage and maintain professionals certifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years worth of practice experience
• Must hold full membership to a chartered professional body (AAT, ATT, ACCA etc)
• Excellent IT knowledge/experience, across Microsoft, Sage, Xero and Quickbooks.
• Full UK driving License

Hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £44,000 to £50,000 Depending on Experience.
