Your tasks

We’re looking for a Transactional Finance Operations Administrator to join our Manchester team, supporting across both billing and credit control.

It’s a varied role where you’ll play an important part in keeping our finance operations running smoothly. You’ll help make sure invoices are raised accurately and on time, payments are followed up effectively, and any billing or payment queries are resolved quickly.

  • Keeping customer, billing and finance information accurate and up to date

  • Monitoring purchase orders and flagging where updates or extensions are needed
  • Supporting reporting across billing, queries and outstanding debt
  • Making sure activity is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

  • The ability to juggle different priorities and work to deadlines
  • A willingness to learn and take on more responsibility as you develop

What we offer

  • The opportunity to develop experience across both billing and credit control
  • Exposure to a fast paced, international business
  • A supportive team where you can continue learning and developing
  • Clear opportunities for progression
  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance related bonus
