System Analyst and Backend Developer

Job Descriptions:

• Technical Design: Responsible for designing product technical specifications that meet both functional and non-functional requirements (such as security and performance aspects).
• Quality Assurance: Responsible for end-to-end product integration testing to ensure the product meets established requirements and quality standards.
• Product Documentation: Responsible for preparing product documentation, technical documents (ERD, sequence diagrams, API documentation, data dictionaries), and testing scenarios.
• AI Integration: Implementing AI-based tools into the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members (such as QC, BA, and UI/UX) to ensure timely project execution and alignment with requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst in a software development or IT operations environment, with at least 1–2 years of experience as a Developer (backend/full-stack).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience translating client or internal business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experienced in Enterprise Application or Core System Product development.
• In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in using analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, or UML diagramming.
• Web Programming Skills: Mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, cross-browser compatibility, and User Interface (UI) design.
• Database & Architecture: Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and Web Services.
• Development Management: Familiarity with GIT-based source control and issue tracking/ticketing tools.
• Work Methodology: Accustomed to working with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and sharp analytical thinking abilities.
• Preference given to candidates with experience using the Angular framework and .NET C# or Java programming languages.
