The position Your missions? As a Technico-Functional (M/F), you will carry out the following missions:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs by facilitating scoping workshops with stakeholders.
• Write general and detailed functional specifications (SFG/SFD) as well as technical specifications in collaboration with the development teams.
• Participate in the configuration and integration of business solutions (ERP, CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, GLPI, etc.).
• Support digital transformation projects by intervening in the design, evolution, and deployment phases of applications.
• Participate in the coordination of project teams in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or V-Model environments.
• Design and execute functional and technical test campaigns, ensuring the follow-up of acceptance testing and certification.
• Participate in incident monitoring, analyze anomalies, and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.
• Produce project reporting, ensuring the monitoring of risks, deadlines, costs, and quality (QCDR).
• Participate in the continuous improvement of business processes and tools by proposing innovative solutions.
• Ensure the writing and updating of functional and technical documentation.
• Support users during change management phases and guarantee quality of service.

• Graduate with a Bac +5 (Master, Software), you have at least 2 years of experience in a technico-functional position.
• You are comfortable in English.

• Comfortable in an agile organization, you demonstrate rigor and apply Amiltone quality standards throughout the entire development process.
