The position Your missions? As a Functional Consultant (M/F), you will carry out the following missions:

• Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs with users and various stakeholders.
• Facilitate functional workshops and write business requirement documents.
• Write general and detailed functional specifications (SFG/SFD) as well as User Stories.
• Model business processes (UML, BPMN, flowcharts, use cases...).
• Translate functional needs into technical specifications understandable by the development teams.
• Participate in the design of application solutions in collaboration with architects and developers.
• Ensure the monitoring of developments and support technical teams during the realization phases.
• Perform functional and technical testing, write test plans, execute scenarios, and track anomaly corrections.
• Participate in the integration and validation of interfaces between applications (API REST, Web Services, data exchanges, ETL...).
• Analyze production incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.
• Provide level 2 and 3 functional support to users.
• Support users during the testing, training, and change management phases.
• Guarantee documentation quality (specifications, procedures, user guides, technical and functional documentation).
• Participate in the continuous improvement of applications and propose functional and technical evolutions.

• Graduate with a Bac +5 (Master, Software), you have at least 3 years of experience in a functional role: CDP / BA / Technico-functional.
• You are comfortable in English.

• Comfortable in an agile organization, you demonstrate rigor and apply Amiltone quality standards throughout the entire development process.
