We are a signage production company at Loyang Drive. We are hiring Architectural Coordinator with relevant design experience.

Our clients base ranges from developers, Architects, shopping malls, construction firms & private sector clients etc...

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

1. To attend meeting and site walk with clients
2. To update comments to designers to amend. To check shop drawing before sending out.
3. To obtain approval of shop drawings in order production to start.
4. Update project status for claims for QS
5. Ensure installation is base on approve drawings.
6. Follow up for As built / Defects works / OMM for project closure.

Requirements

Job Requirements

1. Able to multitask projects assign
2. Neat and meticulous
3. Able to do project tracking & monitoring
4. Ability to lead team members assigned.
5. Able to communicate through emails, WhatsApp etc..
6. Highly responsibly attitude.
