*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving food, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests as well as working well with other team members and keeping a clean environment

*Responsibilities*

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink and food orders.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a busy environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, assisting with restocking as necessary.
• Uphold all food handling and safety regulations in compliance with local health codes.
• Work alongside other team members to make sure everything is running smoothly
• Retain knowledge of food, drink and wine menu and aware of daily changing specials.

*Requirements*

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
• Knowledge and previous experience in bartending is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Flexibility with scheduling, good availability
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
