Your tasks
- Deliver catering orders, cakes, food products and other company items safely and punctually to customers and event locations.
- Ensure all items are properly packed, secured and handled with care during transportation.
- Perform daily collection and delivery assignments according to the scheduled routes.
- Assist with loading, unloading and transferring products between company premises and delivery locations.
- Verify delivery orders and obtain proof of delivery when required.
- Maintain proper food hygiene and handling standards throughout the delivery process.
- Communicate promptly with the Operations team regarding delivery status, delays or issues.
- Conduct basic motorcycle safety checks and report maintenance concerns.
- Assist with delivery preparation and other related operational duties when required.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B, 2A or 2 motorcycle licence.
- Familiar with Singapore roads and GPS navigation applications.
- Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Able to handle delivery items and perform loading and unloading duties safely.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not compulsory.
- Able to work a 6-day roster, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
