Internship - Talent Acquisition Retail Europe M/F

Reporting to the Retail HR Manager, and in close collaboration with the HR team and the field Retail teams, you will intervene in the various stages of recruitment for Retail functions distributed across our European points of sale.

Ensure the selection of applications and their follow-up, schedule and conduct interviews, evaluate candidates on technical and behavioral aspects in compliance with the values of AMI Paris, and report back to the various stakeholders involved

Ensure the reporting of your activity

Compile the administrative files of hired candidates and monitor their successful integration

You are in higher education in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2)

You benefit from a first HR experience (internship/work-study) in recruitment within a Luxury House

You are organized, rigorous and methodical, and are known for your interpersonal skills, both written and oral.

You are curious and like to evolve in an environment where you are allowed to be proactive.

You have a good knowledge of IT and digital tools.

You have an impeccable sense of discretion.

Fluent English is necessary.

You are passionate about recruitment and talent detection.

6-month internship via a convention from a State-recognized institution only, to start in SEPTEMBER 2026
