Reporting to the Quality team, you will work in close collaboration with the Quality Project Manager as well as the Production department. You will intervene in support to perform various tasks mainly related to After-Sales Service management.
After-Sales Service
- Processing of internal complaints originating from different channels (ecom, retail, wholesale)
- Technical analysis of defects
- Providing a product repair solution whenever possible
- Organizing the follow-up of defective goods between customers, headquarters, and manufacturers
Reporting and communication
- Enriching the defect repository
Quality Control
- Reinforcement of quality control in the warehouse during seasonal peaks
- Travel to the warehouse to be expected.
Job Description
- Drafting specifications for manufacturers
- Product sensitivity
- Technical knowledge appreciated
- Pack Office, good knowledge of Excel necessary
- Good level of English
- Good written and oral communication
6-month internship under a convention from a State-recognized institution only, to start in SEPTEMBER 2026
