CDI - Logistics Manager M/F

The Logistics Manager ensures the permanent and operational link between the internal teams of AMI Paris and the external Logistics Provider located in Allonne (Oise). Positioned at the heart of both organizations, they master the activity to guarantee the proper execution of operations, drive continuous improvement through dashboards, and ensure strict compliance with the contract (service rates, invoicing, mutual commitments).

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Interface & Field Performance Be the single point of contact for internal departments (ADV, Digital Ops, IT, Production) and ensure the resolution of ad hoc requests.

Conduct field audits to verify the application of the specifications, processes, and operating procedures of the provider.

Support and challenge the provider in a continuous improvement approach (Lean, 5S).

Operational Flow Management (Inbound & Outbound) Inbound: Guarantee the referencing of new items (creation and availability in IT tools); ensure the link with the departments responsible for warehouse supply orders.

Outbound (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce): Ensure the correct IT transmission of orders, manage priorities (implants, launches, forecasts), and secure key commercial periods (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas).

Stock Monitoring & Reliability Manage stock reconciliation (reconciliation of ERP/WMS data) and post recycling entries in the ERP.

Monitor stock level indicators (fill rate, occupancy rate) and actively participate in field inventories.

Planning & Financial Management Lead the weekly workload meeting with the provider based on forecasts (weekly, monthly, and annual matrices).

Optimize the workload plan to balance costs and service levels (management of return campaigns, consumables, VAS).

Ensure detailed monthly control of pre-billing and actual billing in connection with management control (units of work, KPI bonus/malus).

Supply Chain Project Management Participate in the development of cross-functional logistics projects (customer promise, transport, packaging, ROI).

Lead and deploy Value Added Services (VAS) projects: definition of scheduling, IT constraints, specifications, and pricing.

REQUIRED PROFILE & SKILLS Knowledge & Know-how Perfect mastery of logistics flows and continuous improvement principles (5S, Lean).

Excellent mastery of Excel (complex data analysis).

Operational English.

Ability to implement reliable operational management and work in project mode. Soft Skills Leadership and power of conviction.

Position based in Allonne (Oise) with occasional travel to Paris.
