*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Check guests in and out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and reservation software SynXis
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining detailed records
- Address guest concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests quickly and effectively
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in front desk or hospitality roles, preferably within a hotel environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a broader range of guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for multi-line phone systems
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and approachable during busy shifts
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is a plus

Pay: $16.75-$17.20 per hour
