Commercial Strategy Implementation Manager

The Commercial Strategy ImplementationManager will support the execution excellence of agreed commercial prioritiesand strategic initiatives across Singapore & Malaysia and selected Southeast Asia workstreams. Key responsibilitiesinclude:

• Support the execution of commercial and business initiatives by coordinatingactivities, timelines, and follow-up actions of key strategic initiatives.
• Translate approved plans into practical implementation activities andmaintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Medical, MarketAccess, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items and escalate issuesthrough appropriate channels.
• Prepare updates, reports, presentations, and meeting materials to ensuredecision-making.
• Collect, organize, and analyze information for business reviews and planningdiscussions.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to drive alignment onobjectives and timelines.
• Support implementation of best practices and capture lessons learned fromcompleted initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of execution processes.
