Senior Associate, AML/CFT, Compliance Asset Management

About the company

Our client is an international service provider that theyprovide a wide range of services such as regulatory compliance advisoryservices to their clients. Their clientsare mainly in the financial services industry including asset management suchas hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital, payment solutionsetc. As the business continues to grow,they are looking for an AML/CFT specialist and the position is based inSingapore.

Your tasks

• Manage client portfolios to provide AML servicesto them
• Manage end-to-end AML/KYC processes, including customerdue diligence, risk assessments, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews forcorporate and individual clients

• Evaluate client and investor profiles, includingverification of source of wealth and source of funds
• Assess AML/CFT risks related to clients, investors,transactions etc

• Conduct compliance screening and due diligencechecks to identify potential sanctions, PEP, and adverse media risks.
• Investigate potential red flags and escalatesuspicious transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Assist in developing AML/CFT policies andprocedures
• Maintain client due diligence records anddocuments

• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and provideAML training

Requirements

Key requirements

• At least 2-6 years of regulatory complianceexperience in AML/CFT/ KYC
• Financial services industry such as asset/fundmanagement industry exposure is preferred

• Strong knowledge in AML/CFT/KYC and regulatoryrequirements
• Solid experience in conducting CDD/EDD etc

• Good client servicing and communication skills
• Motivated, meticulous, team-player
