Junior Commercial Engineer - Construction and Infrastructure Sector

SGS is looking for a Junior Commercial Engineer for Bogotá. We are looking for a professional in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related careers to the construction and infrastructure sector, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or commercial management with corporate clients. The role will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, prospecting clients, conducting commercial visits, preparing and following up on proposals, managing opportunities in CRM, developing commercial relationships, coordinating with operational areas, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial processes, B2B sales, or technical sales.
• Experience or affinity with construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial, technical services, inspection, certification, or laboratory.
• Management of CRM or commercial systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, HubSpot, Dynamics, or others.
• Experience in prospecting, negotiation, closing, commercial proposals, and portfolio follow-up.
• Basic English.
• Own vehicle.
• Availability to work in person in Bogotá, Fontibón.

Conditions:

• Indefinite term contract.
• Full-time.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
