Retail Executive

What’s in it for you   Lead and supervise daily retail operations, drive sales performance, maintain exceptional service standards, and support cost control initiatives to deliver an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for someone who has   Minimum 3 years of retail experience in retail/service industry 

Experience in handling laundry services, including managing the entire process from check-in to check-out

Knowledge in retail restocking and inventory tracking

Experience in stock count and reconciliation

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (5 days work week from Monday to Sunday on rotating shift)

What you will be doing   Assist in daily operations and driving day-to-day sales performance

Identify slow-moving inventory and work closely with the Retail Manager to implement sales initiatives and promotional activities

Processes transactions via POS machines and ensures proper handling of member payments

Assist in preparing reports and gathering sales data analysis.
