Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer ready to contribute to the development of new products and the evolution of existing ones that will have a positive impact on the financial lives of citizens and entrepreneurs in Armenia.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets user needs while aligning with business goals. You will combine the maintenance and development of our design system with the creation of intuitive user interfaces for new features and products.

User-Centered Development

• Conducting user research, as well as gathering necessary information to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points
• Developing user personas, user journeys, and maps to ensure the availability of required information for the design process
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that adhere to user-centered design principles

Design Strategy and Planning

• Collaborating with Product Owners to define goals, features, and product development requirements
• Developing a design strategy that aligns with the product concept and business objectives
• Participating in project planning, scheduling, and sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery of design materials

Visual Design

• Developing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that adhere to brand usage guidelines
• Developing and maintaining a design system and template library to ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem
• Utilizing industry best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to enhance the overall visual aesthetics of the product

Usability Testing and Iteration

• Conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design assumptions
• Analyzing user feedback and metrics to identify areas requiring improvement and making appropriate design changes
• Collaborating closely with development teams during the product implementation stage to ensure effective execution of the design concept

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve design goals within technical and business constraints
• Effectively communicating design concepts and rationales to various stakeholders and securing approval for design decisions

• More than 4 years of experience in product design
• Experience working with large-scale design systems in companies with complex organizational structures
• Professional proficiency in the Figma design tool and a deep understanding of component design principles
• Ability to perform project iterations based on user feedback and analytical data
• Experience designing web products, specifically admin panels and dashboards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced user behavior research skills
• Experience developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher
