Senior Full-Stack Engineer - DINNO Digital Solutions

About DINNO DINNO Digital Solutions, a subsidiary of Ameriabank, builds and scales digital products for Armenia and beyond. Our portfolio includes EventHub (event ticketing), Paylink (payment gateway) and MyGift (gifting). We test new product ideas with real users before investing in them, and we plan to grow from three products to six by the end of 2026.

Role: At DINNO, AI agents write, refactor and test much of our code. We don't measure you by how much code you write yourself. We measure your technical judgment and ownership:

understanding what should be built and why

making sound architecture decisions

directing AI coding agents and challenging what they produce

spotting security, data, performance and reliability risks

knowing when something is ready to ship, and taking responsibility for what reaches production

You'll own our live products and build new ones, taking ideas from prototype through validation to production.

Live products

Lead technical development of EventHub, Paylink and MyGift: architecture, code quality, releases and production stability

Deal with technical debt before it slows the business down

Balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability

Working with AI agents

Direct AI coding agents such as Claude Code to build features and fix problems

Review, test and validate their output before it reaches production

Set team practices for using AI safely, including where human review is required

New products

Work with Product Owners to turn priorities into technical plans with realistic estimates

Build prototypes and move validated ideas into production

Shared foundations

Build shared infrastructure across products (authentication, payments, APIs, deployment, monitoring) so new products launch faster

Keep the architecture simple to maintain and ready to scale

Team

Review code and architecture across the team

Mentor engineers and help set engineering practices

5+ years of full-stack development, including owning at least one product in production

Strong TypeScript/JavaScript, ideally React/Next.js

Strong backend experience with Node.js, .NET or a similar stack

Experience with SQL databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and production monitoring

Good understanding of security, authentication and data protection

Daily use of AI coding tools, and the judgment to know when to trust their output and when to challenge it

Comfortable moving between mature products and new ones

Takes ownership without waiting for instructions

Communicates clearly with Product, Design and other engineers

Good written and spoken English

Experience with payments or high-traffic systems is a strong plus
