Day-to-day maintenance and operation of network infrastructure, configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment, and supporting the security and stable performance of the organization's network environment.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and wireless access points

Monitor network performance and respond to incidents to ensure stable and uninterrupted connectivity

Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures including firewalls and access control

Install and configure IT telecommunication equipment under established standards and procedures

Support connectivity between office locations, remote sites, and cloud environments

Maintain accurate technical documentation and network diagrams

Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on routine service and equipment matters

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when appropriate

University degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field

1–2 years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering

Practical knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi access points)

Understanding of core networking protocols — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP

Basic experience with routing concepts: IP addressing, VLANs, subnets, and at least one routing protocol (e.g. OSPF)

Familiarity with common network services (NAT, VPN, DNS, DHCP)

Basic knowledge of firewall configuration and network security principles

Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, Wireshark)

Willingness to learn and grow within a structured team environment

Attention to detail and good organizational habits

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
