Structural BIM Engineer

​Analysis & Design: Perform structural design and calculations for concrete and steel structures according to relevant building codes using ETABS, SAFE, or SAP2000.

​BIM Modeling: Build and maintain 3D parametric structural models in Revit up to LOD 350 in compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

​Drawings & BOQ: Produce coordinated structural drawings, reinforcement details, and accurate material quantity take-offs directly from the Revit model.

​QA/QC Compliance: Audit models and documentation to ensure alignment between analytical design results and construction deliverables.
