(BIM) Electrical Design Engineering

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in electrical and low current systems design for building projects.

BIM Modeling: Build and maintain 3D parametric Electrical models in Revit up to LOD 350/400 in compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Project Portfolio: Proven track record in residential, commercial, corporate, and mixed-use developments.

Codes & Standards: Strong knowledge of relevant engineering codes (familiarity with Saudi Building Code / SBC is highly desirable).

Power Design: Expertise in LV power distribution, lighting calculations, cable sizing, and panel schedules.

Low Current Systems: Proficiency in designing Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Data & Telecom, KNX, MATV/IPTV, BMS, and PA/Sound systems.

Technical Software: Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (modeling and shop drawing extraction) and AutoCAD.

BIM Coordination: Hands-on experience with Navisworks, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination is preferred.

Preferred Background: Prior experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) projects and previous roles within engineering consultancies.
