About the role

As a BI and Data Warehouse Engineer, you will help build and maintain the database that enables reliable reporting, analysis and business decision-making throughout the entire organization. Based in the Philippines and working from 16:00 to 01:00 local time in Cebu, you will ensure a daily overlap of four hours with Germany from 9:00 to 13:00 CET. You will design data models, develop data pipelines, maintain BI reports and ensure that business teams have access to accurate, reliable and well-documented data. You will work closely with stakeholders, analysts and technical teams to translate business questions into scalable data solutions and continuously improve our BI and data warehouse environment. Your responsibilities -

• Design, build and maintain data warehouse structures, semantic models and reliable datasets as a trusted, single source of truth.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, ELT processes and automated data transformations for business-critical reporting.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports and self-service analytics solutions, especially in Power BI or similar BI platforms.
