QA Inspector

Principal Accountabilities Quality Maintenance and Inspections Perform quality inspection (Incoming, in-process or outgoing) Perform First order of design inspection Liaise and communicate with other department staffs on quality issues encountered during inspection Conduct product/material testing Conduct process/product audit Maintain the quality records Responsible for product release of finished goods Prepare daily report Prepare inspection report Support any other day-to-day quality matters as and when required Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking Promoting quality management system requirements into the organization’s business processes Any additional task assigned by QA personnel of higher position. Environment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ensure wastes are carefully and properly disposed-off. Project Management Provide support for project work, if any. Qualifications/Requirements Knowledge and Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control/assurance in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Work and Excel Education andCertifications GCE ‘O’ Level or NITEC in Engineering or Quality
