Quality Facilitator (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

AMC is a family-owned SME and a specialist in the sleeve concept for decorations, tamper-evidence, and primary packaging protection, present for 20 years in the health, beauty, and spirits markets.

We bring innovative, high-quality products to the market, and our expertise is based on know-how and the mastery of processes in application and retraction techniques.

As part of a replacement for an absence, we are looking for our: Quality Facilitator (M/F)

for our site in Courcelles-Lès-Lens (62) on a fixed-term contract (CDD) for a duration of 7 months.

MISSIONS:

Reporting to General Management, your missions are as follows:

• Ensure the management and continuous improvement of the QMS (Quality Management System) and verify its proper application with the objective of obtaining the ISO 9001 standard,
• Resolve quality complaints and non-conformities using the 8D method,
• Monitor the management of technical and institutional documentation,
• Conduct internal and external audits, risk assessment, and manage the environmental strategy, particularly the site's waste management,
• Prepare and lead weekly quality and safety meetings,
• Perform quality picking on production according to the ISO 2859 standard,
• Perform random controls in production.
• Control the compliance of quality control equipment
• Train employees on quality and safety procedures.

PROFILE SOUGHT:

You are an autonomous person, capable of organizing your work effectively and managing your priorities with rigor. Possessing good communication skills, you know how to listen, exchange, and adapt to your interlocutors. You master IT tools and adapt quickly to new processes and working methods.

Holding a Bac+2 or higher in Quality, you have initial experience, ideally acquired in an industrial environment, and know how to anticipate challenges methodically. Your good level of English allows you to communicate easily in writing and orally. You enjoy teamwork, the sharing of ideas, and actively contribute to continuous improvement processes.
