UI/UX Senior Developer

We are looking for a UI/UX Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise across user research, UX design, visual/UI design, and design-to-code collaboration to shape intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling product experiences. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between research and synthesis, structured UX design, high-fidelity visual craft, and close collaboration with engineering to bring designs to life — while communicating design rationale and trade-offs clearly to technical and business stakeholders. Key role: User Research and discovery UX Design and architecture Visual/UI Design & Design Systems Prototyping & Usability Testing Frontend Implementation &Design-to-Code Collaboration Key Requirements: •    5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile products, including production-shipped work. •    Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. •    Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design. •    Strong visual/UI design skills: typography, color, layout, and design systems. •    Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries. •    Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies. •    Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and enough frontend fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering on design-to-code handoff. •    Understanding of responsive design principles across devices and breakpoints. •    Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. •    Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
