Systems Adoption Coordinator (UAT) - Contract

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the new platform, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements

Engage business managers and users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements

Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes

Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities

Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review

Support communication and engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption of the new platform across the business

Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required
