Senior Process Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities Develop and qualify new processes and modules. Support NPI from tapeout to prototype. Troubleshoot process, test, yield, and defect issues. Optimize processes using DOE, SPC, and Cpk. Drive yield improvement and root-cause resolution. Develop customized processes and characterization methods. Support design rules, test structures, and defect analysis. Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional projects. Maintain process documentation and EHS&S compliance. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field. Experience in semiconductor process integration or manufacturing.
