Set up the course schedule in the system from approved course information Generate timetables and release them to stakeholders within the agreed timeframe, with prompt updates on changes Work with the Assistant Head of School to deploy full-time academics and Associate Lecturers Plan rooms, labs and lecturers using the Scheduling System Liaise with vendors on lecturer placement, contracts and payroll Liaise with stakeholders on statutory updates affecting courses and Associate Lecturers Work with the Examination Centre to plan exam schedules for assigned modules Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
