Regional HRIS Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regional HRIS Manager to manage and optimize HRIS operations across the APAC region. Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant HRIS experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Regional/APAC HRIS operations and governance experience
• HR data management, integrity, security & compliance
• Experience with HR reporting, dashboards, Power BI & Advanced Excel
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating with HR, IT, global HRIS teams and vendors
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle, organization and performance management processes
