We are seeking a delivery-focused Program Management Consultant to lead strategic transformation initiatives across risk, fraud, compliance and payments domains within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology programs across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Drive project planning, governance, risk management, reporting and executive communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones and business outcomes.
- Support implementation of fraud, risk, compliance and operational transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, issue resolution, dependencies management and project governance activities.
- Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, consulting, transformation or change delivery within Banking or Financial Services.
- Experience in Fraud, AML, Risk Management, Compliance, Payments or Financial Crime initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies is advantageous.
Preferred
- Background in financial services consulting, risk transformation, fraud management or compliance programs.
- Knowledge of payments, card products, financial crime controls or regulatory environments.
- PMP, Agile or related project management certifications are beneficial.
