Payroll Analyst (Regional)

Validate payroll results across all countries in scope using reports and macros; run post-payroll audits, build metrics and track errors Interpret pay policies (overtime, holiday work, deductions, withholding exemptions) and stay current with statutory changes to keep payroll accurate and compliant Review manual checks and pay adjustments; maintain payroll systems so time, earnings, benefits, taxes and garnishments are computed correctly Find process gaps and fix them through standardisation and risk controls; document processes with process maps, procedures and training manuals Lead payroll projects and change requests, including system testing for upgrades and legislative updates; support internal and external audits with root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
