Develop and execute UAT and QA test plans, including scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria. Review requirements, process flows, and user stories to ensure they are clear and testable. Design and maintain test scenarios and test cases aligned to Sales Advisory standards. Coordinate and support UAT execution with business stakeholders, tracking progress and resolving issues. Oversee functional, regression, and integration testing, and document test results clearly. Lead defect triage with internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely resolution and validation. Maintain consistent testing methodology, documentation, and reporting across initiatives. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance testing governance and efficiency.
