Your tasks

Job scope

• Talent & Recruitment - Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs, identify and assess high-quality candidates, and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate future talent needs with strong understanding of the external talent market and the ability to proactively identify and engage high-calibre passive talent through professional networks and market intelligence.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that enable performance and growth
• Contribute to workforce strategy, including organizational design, succession planning, and headcount optimization
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Identify skill gaps and design training for technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities
• Support career pathing and succession planning for critical roles, ensuring future leadership pipeline
• Benchmark pay structures, bonus schemes, and incentives competitive within industry
• Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across functions
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree with minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner
• Strong understanding of global HR practices, labor law, and mobility policies in Singapore
