Job scope:
- Hands on Business Partnering role
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that enable performance and growth
- Contribute to workforce strategy, including organizational design, succession planning, and headcount optimization
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Identify skill gaps and design training for technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities
- Support career pathing and succession planning for critical roles, ensuring future leadership pipeline
- Benchmark pay structures, bonus schemes, and incentives competitive within industry
- Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across functions
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree with minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner
- Strong understanding of global HR practices, labor law, and mobility policies in Singapore
