-NEW- Perm Workshop EV Engineer

Job Responsibilities: ·       Perform diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs on electric vehicles (EVs) in accordance with manufacturer standards and workshop procedures. ·       Diagnose and troubleshoot high-voltage (HV)systems, battery packs, electric motors, inverters, charging systems and other EV components. ·       Carry out high-voltage isolation, de-energization and safety procedures, ensuring all work complies with EV safety standards and regulatory requirements. ·       Conduct detailed fault diagnosis using appropriate EV diagnostic tools and equipment, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. ·       Provide technical support and guidance to workshop technicians on complex EV repairs, troubleshooting and safety procedures. ·       Support the establishment and maintenance of EV workshop capabilities, including technical equipment, tools, safety requirements and operating procedures. ·       Identify opportunities for workshop process improvements to enhance repair quality, efficiency and safety. ·       Explain technical findings, repair requirements and recommended maintenance to customers when required. ·       Maintain accurate service, diagnostic and repair records in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Diploma in a related discipline ·       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
