-NEW- Perm Technical Project Manager (Manufacturing, Cables)

Job Responsibilities: ·       Serve as a key technical and program interface for customers, leading technical reviews, sample qualification, audit support, program updates, and resolution of critical technical issues. ·       Lead end-to-end connector NPI programs from project planning and prototype builds through engineering validation, pilot production, mass-production launch, and ramp-up. ·       Manage key milestones, deliverables, schedules, and program risks. ·       Coordinate R&D, tooling, process engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align resources, priorities, responsibilities, and timelines. ·       Support the development and qualification of connector manufacturing processes, including stamping, injection molding, assembly, and testing, ensuring readiness for stable mass production. ·       Drive DFM, 2D/3Ddrawing reviews, tolerance analysis, engineering change implementation, and process optimization to improve manufacturability, quality, and production stability. ·       Apply structured engineering and quality methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, DOE, and MSA to resolve yield, reliability, efficiency, and process stability issues. ·       Proactively identify and manage technical, schedule, quality, capacity, manufacturing, and supply chain risks. ·       Develop mitigation plans and drive issues to timely closure. ·       Drive process standardization, lessons learned, project reviews, capability building, continuous improvement, and effective technical documentation. ·       Support direct engagement with international customers, including technical discussions, project reviews, issue resolution, and engineering documentation. ·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 6 year of relevant experience ·       Experience with Cable Assemblies would be an added advantage ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
