Job Responsibilities: ·       Lead and contribute to the preparation of RFPs,RFIs, DDQs and database questionnaires for institutional investors,consultants, distributors and intermediaries. ·       Draft and refine responses to effectivelycommunicate investment capabilities, products and value proposition, with afocus on fixed income. ·       Maintain and update Qvidian and other databasesto ensure accurate, current information is readily available to Sales andMarketing teams. ·       Partner with Portfolio Managers, ProductSpecialists and Data teams to develop and update standard and customised pitchbooks and marketing materials. ·       Tailor content and messaging for differentaudiences while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and consistency inbranding and formatting. ·       Support firm-level questionnaires by gatheringand synthesising information across investment and non-investment functions. ·       Identify opportunities to enhance RFP processes,content management and workflow efficiency through process improvements andAI-enabled solutions. ·       Collaborate with regional and globalstakeholders to standardise RFP processes and implement best practices. ·       Adhoctasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degreein a related discipline ·       Minimum 5years of relevant experience ·       Able tostart immediately or within short notice
